I offer healing sessions that will gently and lovingly guide you back to center.

I have a number of tools in my toolbox that I will use to help you de-stress, calm you busy mind, and help you remember what it feels like to be yourself.

When we meet for a healing session, I will get to know you and ask about your goals and how you intend to feel after our time together. I use your guidance and my intuition to design your healing session based on how you want to feel when you are done.

How does distance healing work?

Everything is energy. Thoughts are energy, feelings are energy, physical things are energy. We are made of the same stuff as the moon, the stars and the sky.

Energy is not bound by time or space. Think about having a phone conversation with someone you love. You can laugh and cry and feel all kinds of emotion when you connect with that person. The connection is possible because the energy behind those emotions is not bound by time or distance.

Energy healing works the same way.


Experience energy healing from the comfort of your own home. When you book and appointment, you will be sent a link to a Zoom conference. You will log in to the meeting at your chosen time and we will talk a little bit about what you are hoping to get from your session. You will need to have your camera on and headphones are recommended. Make sure you are comfortable. Wear your pajamas, get your favorite fuzzy socks, and light a candle. You can sit in your favorite recliner or lay down in you bed.

Then all you have to do is allow the healing energy to flow to you and serve your highest good.
